Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing and mobility
Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff
Support mealtime assistance and documentation of intake when required
Collaborate with the care team to deliver person-centered care plans
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and charting per facility policy

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Active authorization to practice per Pennsylvania state requirements
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Demonstrated ability to provide safe, compassionate patient care
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Reliable, punctual, and able to pass background and health screenings

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care techniques and ADL assistance
Familiarity with infection prevention and safety best practices
Ability to follow care plans and report clinical observations
Good interpersonal skills for working with patients, families and staff
Comfortable with basic documentation and charting processes
