Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and support to residents
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Take and record vital signs accurately and consistently
Help with safe transfers and mobility assistance while maintaining dignity
Document care and observations clearly in the resident record
Communicate changes in condition to nursing staff in a timely manner
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Active certification or eligibility to work in Pennsylvania
Up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass background checks as required
Basic CPR/First Aid certification preferred or obtainable upon hire
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an approved CNA training program and state certification

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of activities of daily living (ADLs) and resident care
Skill measuring and documenting vital signs
Familiarity with infection control and safety procedures
Good charting and basic documentation skills
Ability to work compassionately with elderly or medically fragile residents
Reliable time management and teamwork abilities
