Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
Observe, document and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
Assist with safe patient transfers, mobility and basic hygiene needs
Support a clean, safe environment by following infection control procedures
Communicate clearly with patients, families and interdisciplinary team members
Help maintain accurate patient records and assist with basic care tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania (required)
Demonstrated ability to provide safe, patient-centered care
Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred or required per facility policy)
Ability to pass background check, drug screen and required health screenings
Dependable attendance and willingness to work assigned 8-hour shifts

Education

High school diploma or GED and completion of an accredited CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals and ADL assistance
Basic vital signs measurement and documentation
Infection control practices and PPE usage
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic charting and time-management during a shift
