Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
Perform routine vital signs, document findings accurately, and report changes
Support patient mobility and safe transfers while following facility protocols
Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control practices
Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, families, and the care team
Contribute to documentation and care plans to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Current and valid CNA certification in Pennsylvania
Comfortable providing hands-on patient care and assisting with ADLs
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude
Willingness to follow facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an approved CNA training program and state certification

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational nursing assistant skills and patient care techniques
Basic knowledge of infection control and safe patient handling
Good documentation habits and attention to detail
Teamwork, reliability, and effective interpersonal skills
Time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
