Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients, supporting daily living activities
Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility and toileting while preserving dignity
Take and record vital signs and report changes promptly to nursing staff
Maintain accurate documentation of care and communicate effectively with the care team
Help create a safe, clean and comfortable environment for patients
Support patient transfers and mobility with safe body mechanics and teamwork

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania
Demonstrated patient care experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred
Up-to-date immunizations and willingness to complete facility onboarding requirements
Ability to pass background check and any required health screenings
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-centered attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Basic clinical skills: taking vitals, assisting with ADLs, observation and reporting
Patient safety and infection control practices
Reliable documentation and charting skills
Teamwork and clear communication with nurses and support staff
Compassionate bedside manner and ability to prioritize care
