Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients, assisting with activities of daily living
Perform vital signs checks and report any changes to the nursing team promptly
Maintain patient safety and infection control standards at all times
Document patient care accurately and clearly in the charting system
Collaborate with nurses and other care team members to deliver coordinated care
Support a positive patient experience through respectful and professional interactions

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Comfortable with direct patient care and basic clinical tasks
Reliable, professional, and able to work cooperatively within a team
Ability to follow facility policies and maintain patient confidentiality

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Solid understanding of patient care fundamentals and ADLs
Competence in taking and documenting vital signs
Basic infection control and safe patient handling practices
Clear communication skills with patients, families, and clinical staff
Teamwork-minded with strong attention to detail
