Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and dignity-focused support
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility, feeding)
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
Support safe transfers and ambulation, using proper body mechanics and equipment
Document care delivered in facility records and communicate with nursing staff
Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment
Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver coordinated, high-quality care

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania (PA) or eligible for state certification
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and any required facility screenings
Compassionate attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-player mindset
Reliable transportation and punctuality to meet scheduled shifts

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of a state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on resident care and ADL assistance
Basic vital signs and observation/reporting of clinical changes
Safe transfer and mobility assistance techniques
Infection prevention and standard precautions
Clear documentation and basic computer/charting skills
Effective interpersonal communication with residents and team members
