Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
Monitor patients and report any changes in condition to the nursing team
Assist with safe patient transfers, mobility, and positioning
Maintain a clean, safe environment and practice infection control
Document patient care accurately and communicate clearly with teammates
Support residents and families with respect, empathy, and professionalism

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfort working in a fast-paced healthcare setting with attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to pass required background checks and facility onboarding

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an accredited CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of patient safety, infection control, and basic nursing care
Skill in assisting with ADLs, vital signs, and basic charting
Ability to follow care plans and direction from licensed nurses
Good interpersonal skills and compassionate bedside manner
Physical stamina for safe patient handling and mobility assistance
