Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to patients in a per diem capacity
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Document patient care accurately and timely
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in the state of California
Current BLS/CPR certification
At least 6 months of recent CNA experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing assistant principles and procedures
Skilled in taking vital signs and patient observation
Proficient in using electronic health records
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
