Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents and assist with activities of daily living
• Take vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Support patients with meals and personal hygiene
• Document care provided accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of patient care techniques and safety practices
• Skills in taking and recording vital signs
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Compassionate demeanor and attention to detail
