Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform dental hygiene procedures including cleanings, scaling, and polishing
• Assess patients' oral health and document findings accurately
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
• Take and develop dental x-rays as needed
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and operatory
• Collaborate with Dr. Gorski and the dental team to deliver exceptional care

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Previous experience in a dental office is a plus
• Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and techniques
• Comfortable using dental software and digital imaging
• Strong attention to detail and infection control standards
• Ability to build rapport with patients and ease dental anxiety
