Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients
• Perform cleanings and periodontal therapy with precision
• Take and analyze dental x-rays to support treatment planning
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Document patient histories and treatment details accurately
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Commitment to patient comfort and safety
• Experience with dental software is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and procedures
• Proficiency with dental instruments and imaging equipment
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization standards
• Patient education and motivation techniques
• Attention to detail in documentation and care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
