Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding dental hygiene services with a focus on preventive care
• Perform thorough cleanings and scaling to maintain patients' oral health
• Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and nutrition for healthy smiles
• Work alongside an assigned dental assistant to streamline patient care
• Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, organized, and fully stocked
• Document patient care accurately and comply with all safety regulations

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of New Jersey (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical and patient communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental practice
• Prior dental hygiene experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Excellent interpersonal skills and patient education techniques
• Attention to detail for accurate record keeping and sterilization
• Ability to work collaboratively with dentists and dental assistants
• Understanding of infection control and OSHA standards
