Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver thorough dental cleanings and prophylaxes that keep patients smiling
• Assess patient oral health and accurately document findings
• Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene and preventive care techniques
• Capture and interpret dental radiographs to aid in diagnosis
• Support the dentist during procedures to ensure a smooth and comfortable visit
• Sterilize instruments and follow strict infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Genuine passion for patient education and preventive care
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, chairside manner

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of dental hygiene techniques and best practices
• Comfortable using digital radiography and dental software
• Ability to manage a smooth workflow in a busy dental office
• Sharp attention to detail and meticulous documentation
• Great interpersonal skills for connecting with patients and teammates
