Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide warm, compassionate care to residents in their daily activities
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning safely
• Foster a positive, dignified atmosphere for residents and their families
• Keep living spaces clean, organized, and comfortable

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania
• BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• A heart for serving others and making a difference
• Ability to work per diem shifts as needed, including evenings
• Prior experience in long-term care is a plus, but new grads welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of resident care procedures and safety protocols
• Strong communication skills to connect with residents, families, and teammates
• Ability to follow care plans while also adapting to residents' needs
• Attention to detail with documentation and reporting
• Physical ability to lift, stand, and assist residents throughout your shift
