Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities, ensuring residents feel comfortable and respected
• Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Support patients with mobility, feeding, and personal hygiene while promoting independence
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, personalized care
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to work night shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to patient safety
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus, but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of basic patient care and safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with residents, families, and teammates
• Attention to detail in documentation and reporting
• Physical stamina to assist with lifting, transferring, and mobility tasks
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary care team
