Start Date: 08-20-2026
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per diem, 12.5-hour shifts; flexible schedule as needed
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to acute care patients
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and report vital signs and changes in patient condition
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Support the interdisciplinary care team in delivering high-quality outcomes
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana
- Current BLS certification required
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
- Ability to adapt quickly to different units and patient needs
- Previous CNA experience preferred, especially in acute or hospital settings
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and excellent observation skills
- Teamwork and collaboration with nurses and other healthcare professionals
