Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field during orthopedic surgeries
• Assist surgeons with large joint and spine procedures
• Monitor patient status throughout surgical procedures
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Perform accurate documentation in Meditech EMR

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas
• Minimum 1 year of experience in orthopedic surgery
• Proficiency in scrub and circulate roles
• Experience with large joint and spine orthopedic cases

Knowledge & Skills

• Well versed in total joints and spine procedures
• Experience with orthopedic scopes
• Proficient in Meditech EMR
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
