Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform rapid assessments and triage patients of all ages using evidence-based protocols
• Provide life-saving interventions for trauma, cardiac, stroke, and other emergencies
• Administer medications, start IVs, and manage advanced equipment like ventilators and monitors
• Collaborate with physicians, EMS, and the entire care team to coordinate seamless patient care
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record and maintain strict safety standards
• Participate in code blues, trauma activations, and STEMI protocols as a key team member

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma or compact state
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• At least 2 years of emergency nursing or high-acuity experience
• TNCC and ENPC certifications preferred
• Strong critical thinking and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
