Roles & Responsibilities

• Build automated test scripts using PlayWright, Selenium, and BrowserStack to ensure robust test coverage
• Execute comprehensive test cases including functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Identify, isolate, and document software defects in FreshService and Azure DevOps with clear steps and evidence
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to understand requirements and validate fixes
• Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to deliver a consistent user experience
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide final sign-offs for production deployments

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience in software QA automation for .NET web applications
• Deep understanding of software testing methodologies and STLC under Agile frameworks
• Hands-on experience building test automation frameworks using PlayWright or Selenium
• Proficiency with FreshService, AzureDevOps, Postman, Azure SQL, BrowserStack, JMeter, and Python
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to onboard rapidly and work independently with minimal supervision
