Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and respond to changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Virginia (or compact state) in good standing
• BLS certification from AHA required
• Previous med/surg experience preferred but not required - new grads welcome to apply!

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for delivering high-quality, empathetic care
