Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license required
• Must be currently licensed and in good standing
• Prior experience in rehabilitation therapy preferred
• Ability to start ASAP and commit to a 13-week assignment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in documentation and electronic medical records
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
