Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in acute care and inpatient rehab settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic activities and home exercises
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Valid COTA license in Oklahoma
• BLS certification (AHA or ASHA)
• 1+ year of experience in acute care or inpatient rehab
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of rehabilitation therapy techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with EMR systems (training provided)
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed
