Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality dental hygiene care to every patient
• Perform thorough cleanings and oral health assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
• Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure smooth patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin (or compact eligibility where applicable)
• Current CPR certification
• Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
• Experience in a dental office setting is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental cleaning procedures and instruments
• Proficiency in taking and processing dental X-rays
• Excellent patient education and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Comfortable using dental practice management software
