Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care and support to patients
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes to nursing staff
• Support patients with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to lift, transfer, and support patients physically
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable
• Previous experience as a CNA is preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply
• Flexibility to work per diem shifts as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Understanding of basic medical terminology
• Patient care and comfort techniques
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
