Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages
• Assess, triage, and stabilize patients in a fast-paced ER environment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement effective care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner
• Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care
• Stay calm and reassuring during critical, high-stress situations

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred
• Experience in emergency nursing preferred, but passionate new grads are welcome to apply
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
