Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapy to keep patients smiling bright
• Take and process dental X-rays with precision and care
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure a comfortable patient experience
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and operatory areas to the highest standards
• Document patient care accurately and maintain confidential health records

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Maryland
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in clinical dental hygiene (new grads welcome if licensed)
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work a single-day assignment on August 6, 2026

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental anatomy, periodontics, and radiography
• Proficiency with dental software and patient management systems
• Strong attention to detail and infection control protocols
• Compassionate patient interaction and chairside manner
• Time management and adaptability in a busy dental office
