Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents and patients
• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to any changes
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience, with leadership experience a plus
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Availability to work evening shifts including Wednesday
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of nursing practices and patient care
• Comfort with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Quick problem-solving in a dynamic environment
