Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
• Collaborate effectively with nurses, physicians, and the healthcare team
• Assist with daily living activities and promote patient independence
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Georgia
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association)
• Previous LPN experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or hospital setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Flexibility to work per diem shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Medication administration and dosage calculation
• Wound care and basic nursing procedures
• Electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Infection control and safety protocols
