Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting
• Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure safety
• Document care provided accurately and maintain a clean, comfortable environment
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents with mobility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must pass background checks and comply with facility requirements

• Knowledge of resident care standards and safety protocols
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with nurses and care team
