Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and support daily living activities
• Assist patients with mobility, personal hygiene, and feeding
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
• Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure the best patient experience

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to work as a per diem caregiver with a flexible schedule
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
• Strong communication and bedside manner
• Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
• Empathy, patience, and teamwork
