Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Shift 2 (evening), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
- Help residents with meals, feeding, and hydration to support their nutritional health
- Promote resident independence and dignity through encouraging, respectful care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment, responding promptly to call lights
- Collaborate with nurses and caregivers to ensure each resident receives the highest quality of care
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
- Ability to safely lift, transfer, and support residents
- Strong communication and compassion for others
- Previous long-term care experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome
- Must have a valid state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
- BLS/CPR certification preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of resident rights and HIPAA privacy practices
- Skilled in taking vital signs and observing changes in condition
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a care team
- Compassionate and patient approach to caregiving
- Strong time management and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
- Understanding of fall prevention and infection control protocols
