Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents and support their daily needs
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Take vital signs and promptly report changes in resident condition
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the nursing team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• A current state or federal issued ID (required for registry personnel)
• A genuine passion for caring for others
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Willingness to work overnight per diem shifts

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of resident care and activities of daily living support
• Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
• Basic medical terminology and documentation skills
• Empathy, patience, and a calming bedside manner
• Ability to lift and transfer residents safely
