Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents throughout the day
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Support residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort
• Keep residents' rooms and common areas tidy and well-stocked
• Communicate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care principles
• Strong observational skills
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Empathy and understanding for elderly residents
• Proficiency in following care plans and protocols
