Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients and residents, assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and meal times
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Accurately document care provided and vital signs
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure top-quality care
• Support patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA preferred)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols
• Prior experience in a clinical setting is a plus, but new grads welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic understanding of patient care principles and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assist with patient transfers and use mechanical lifts
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation
• Empathy and a patient-centered approach
