Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents with daily living activities
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and document vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Support residents with meals, personal hygiene, and grooming
• Maintain a clean and organized environment to promote health and well-being
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift as required in a healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing assistant procedures and patient care techniques
• Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
• Skill in observing and reporting patient status changes
• Ability to document care accurately
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
