Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents, helping them maintain dignity and independence.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Support residents during meals and ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
• Document care provided accurately and communicate with the care team for continuity of care.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, making a real difference every day.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania is required
• Current BLS/CPR certification is preferred
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to care
• Ability to work evening shifts as assigned

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation
• Teamwork and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Empathy and patience when supporting residents
