Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Support residents with meals and hydration, documenting intake as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control protocols
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of basic patient care principles
• Ability to use medical equipment such as blood pressure cuffs and thermometers
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail in documentation and reporting
• Empathy and emotional resilience in a healthcare environment
• Time management and adaptability to changing schedules
