Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily living assistance to residents
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Support residents with mobility, personal hygiene, and meals
• Document care provided and communicate observations clearly
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Ability to bring a state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• A caring, patient, and reliable nature

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic resident care and safety protocols
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Compassion and empathy for residents and families
