Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, transferring, and positioning of residents to ensure comfort and safety
• Engage patients in meaningful activities and provide emotional support
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts as needed
• Dedication to providing quality, patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing assistant procedures and patient care techniques
• Skill in using vital signs monitoring equipment
• Understanding of infection control protocols
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
