Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
• Support mobility and transfers while ensuring resident safety
• Engage residents in conversation and activities to promote emotional well-being
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for residents and families
• Accurately document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• BLS/CPR certification (willing to obtain if not current)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with patient transfers
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering high-quality care
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
• Skills in using vital signs monitors and electronic documentation
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset
• Understanding of HIPAA and resident confidentiality
