Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in need
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable patient environment
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes
• Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care setting is a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply
• Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-centered approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable, adaptable, and committed to providing excellent care
