Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to patients and residents
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Take and accurately document vital signs
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety
• Communicate effectively with nurses and the care team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• No minimum experience required; new graduates welcome to apply
• Ability to work 12.5-hour per diem shifts
• Strong commitment to patient safety, dignity, and quality care

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of basic patient care and safety protocols
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach
• Attention to detail in documentation and patient monitoring
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
