Shift Type: Flexible 12.5-hour shifts, days and start times vary based on per diem needs
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
- Support patient mobility and transfers to promote independence
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in an acute rehabilitation environment
- Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Previous acute care or rehabilitation experience is a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist patients throughout the shift
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care and safety protocols
- Strong observation and reporting skills
- Effective communication with patients, families, and team members
- Familiarity with infection control and HIPAA guidelines
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Teamwork, empathy, and a positive attitude
