Shift Type: Per diem, flexible 12.5-hour shifts
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to patients in an acute rehabilitation setting
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
- Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning to promote safety and comfort
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment
- Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana
- BLS certification strongly preferred
- Previous acute care or rehabilitation experience is a plus
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work flexible per diem shifts as needed
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient care and ADL assistance skills
- Effective communication with patients, families, and team members
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail in documentation and vital sign monitoring
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and infection control
