Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and assist with activities of daily living
• Support patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs, promptly communicating changes to the nursing team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and families
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care
• Offer emotional support and a comforting presence to patients during their stay

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Current BLS/CPR certification may be required
• Ability to lift, move, and support patients safely
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Compassionate, reliable, and adaptable approach to patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Skill in using vital signs monitoring equipment
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Patient-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
