Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients and residents in their daily activities
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Support patients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report vital signs and any changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Document care provided accurately and promptly
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Prior experience as a CNA in a hospital, long-term care, or similar setting preferred
• Ability to work flexible PRN shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and team members
• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail
• Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR) and documenting care digitally
