Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Perform vital sign checks and document patient information accurately
• Collaborate with nurses to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with patient transfers
• Prior experience in a hospital or long-term care setting is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of basic patient care principles
• Effective communication with patients, families, and the care team
• Strong observation and documentation skills
• Ability to respond quickly to patient needs
• Teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
