Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to support healing and comfort
• Assist patients with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
• Take and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Help with mobility, positioning, and transfers to ensure patient safety
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff
• Document care provided accurately and promptly

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in acute care, long-term care, or similar setting preferred
• Ability to lift, move, and assist patients as needed
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a positive attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of resident care techniques and infection control protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen observation and documentation abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
