Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Support patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
• Monitor and report vital signs and changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Assist with feeding, hydration, and hygiene needs with dignity and respect
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
• Document care provided accurately and promptly

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but new graduates are welcomed

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care principles and safety protocols
• Skill in taking and recording vital signs accurately
• Understanding of infection control practices
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions from licensed nursing staff
• Strong interpersonal skills when interacting with patients, families, and team members
• Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
